How to order

1. Choose your design: Customize your background, decide on your print format, and upload a picture of your pet

2. Artist works: Once you place your order, our artist starts drawing immediately.

3. Approve art: We'll send you a digital proof within 3 working days. Request revisions, or approve it so that we can send it over to you, or start printing your artwork!

4. Receive your artwork!

(if getting Digital Portrait) - We'll send to your email once artwork is approved

(if getting Framed Print) - We'll send your print over within 1-2 weeks!

What you'll get

Digital Portrait - Get a high quality digital portrait sent to your email.

Framed Prints - 1 high quality digital portrait sent to your email AND a framed print, delivered to your doorstep (7-10 working days).

How long does it take?

Digital Prints: 3 working days

Framed Prints: 7-10 working days

Once you place your order, our artist will start working on your artwork ASAP. This can be as quick as 12 hours, or max 7 days (depending on the queue).

We will send you your artwork for approval. Once you have approved your artwork, printing & shipping takes 7-10 days.

We will try our best to get your items to you in the quickest time possible.

Can I add more than one pet?

Yes! Each additional pet will cost $15. Simply message us before placing your order.

All our Framed Prints comes with a hook at the back of the frame and mounting tapes for you to use to hang/paste on the wall.

Our Photo Frames have a sleek look with a width profile of 2cm and a depth profile of 2cm.
